Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm Our client is one of the UK’s leading Fleet & Mobility companies. Working within the Mobility Team, you will play a key role in helping Customers with their vehicle rental and other business mobility needs. What will you be doing in the role? Handling incoming calls/emails/online requests across various platforms and products Allocate and source daily rental reservations – identify opportunities to save our Customers money; Liaise with Supplying Partners to minimise turndowns, delays and service issues Process Customer and Supplier invoicing with high level of accuracy Running Customer & Supplier reports and producing a Daily Report to Management Team What we would like from you: Positive approach – get the best result for our Customers Respect for Customers, Colleagues and Supplying Partners at all times Problem solving and ‘can do’ approach Attention to detail – meticulous, thorough and right first time mentality Time management and ability to prioritise workloads Excellent verbal and written communication skills
