Handling incoming calls/emails/online requests across various platforms and products Allocate and source daily rental reservations - identify opportunities to save our Customers money Liaise with Supplying Partners to minimise turndowns, delays and service issues Process Customer and Supplier invoicing with a high level of accuracy Running Customer & Supplier reports and producing a Daily Report to Management Team Positive approach - get the best result for our Customers Respect for Customers, Colleagues and Supplying Partners at all times Customer service skills - listen, help, advise Problem solving and 'can do' approach Attention to detail - meticulous, thorough and right first time mentality Time management and ability to prioritise workloads Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Details: Role: Customer Service Executive Location: St Neots Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
