Job Summary Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to support a small and motivated team with an independent family company.

You will be responsible for a number of key individual elements as well as providing our clients with the ultimate buying experience. Being part of the customer service team, you will be engaging with clients on the phone & email, to provide them with a high standard of service that is unrivalled in the industry. This would involve being fully trained on our computer system and becoming an integral part of the team, understanding clients' needs and solving their problems.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answering all incoming communications from clients, via phone, mobile and email Dealing with clients, arranging bookings and inputting onto the booking system Assisting our Supply Chain & Accounts team with queries where necessary Liaising with clients and keeping them up to date on job status Liaising with stakeholders and obtaining quotes daily Assisting in the training of new team members in areas of customer service and company policies Investigating and solving customer service complaints, preventing issues from escalating Going the extra mile for the customer - following through on all requests Updating the database Producing client environmental reports monthly Performing additional duties where needed Communicating effectively with all internal departments

Requirements Enthusiastic, trustworthy, reliable, and friendly person with a good sense of humor Flexible, able to prioritize and work under pressure Knowledge of customer service and standard office practices and procedures Organized, accountable, and able to plan and prioritize Ability to manage own workload effectively and efficiently Able to problem solve & use own initiative Comfortable working with a small team A proactive customer service approach Ability to make proactive calls to clients

Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

Full-Time / Permanent Monday - Friday:

8am-4:30pm

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
