Overview:
We’re a young and growing retailer of home and industrial storage solutions based close to Chelmsford, Essex. We are looking to recruit an experienced customer services executive to join our small and friendly team.
We are looking for someone with a high standard of written and spoken English. You’ll be outstanding on the phone and able to quickly get to grips with the complexities of our products and business.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience working in a Customer Service environment is essential. You will need to have good attention to detail, be organised, computer literate and able to work effectively as part of a team.
This role will suit a calm and patient individual who has a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work and thrives in a busy environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure a high level of customer service by telephone, live chat, and email.
Advise customers on our range of storage solutions for home and business.
Process orders over the phone.
Resolve delivery issues and tactfully deal with occasional complaints.
Reply to inquiries via email, live chat, and over the phone.
Perform general administrative tasks.
Continually develop and increase product knowledge.
Personal Skills:
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Experience in complaint handling.
Confident with a positive, can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will ideally be located locally, within a 10-15 mile radius of our office in Writtle.
