£30,000 - £35,000 plus competitive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

Medlock partners have exclusively partnered with a Cheshire based Fashion brand to oversee the customer operations and management of the customer service team. This fantastic customer service manager opportunity will allow you to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.


Key responsibilities of the Customer service Manager:

  • To manage the Customer Service function, ensuring that professional advice and support is provided to all customers.
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the ongoing training and development through 1-2-1`s and performance reviews.
  • Building longstanding relationships across the business and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and continuously improve customer service approach and processes.
  • Effective reporting on customer service contacts for evaluating the performance.

Key requirements for the Customer Service Manager:

  • Previous customer service management experience
  • Ability to build and develop internal and external relationships
  • Strong customer experience within the fashion industry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all customer requirements are managed effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Experience with wholesale and B2C channels
