The Purpose of the Role of Customer Service Manager – Luxury Home Interior Products: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Team Leader or Supervisor for this leading manufacturer of luxury home interior products. Based from their head office in north London, you will be tasked with developing and improving the performance of a small, established team whose function is to process incoming orders and respond to customer enquiries. They are looking for a candidate that can analyse the current processes, identify areas for improvement and greater efficiency, and implement change.
