We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to strengthen our team! Your Role

Your role will be to maintain and enhance customer services by ensuring procedures are followed and systems used correctly. You will be responsible to ensure best in class Customer Service through both dedicated Logistics Specialists and logistics specialist teams. Your Responsibilities

Assisting in managing the Aviation team (Dedicated Logistics Specialists). Review holiday & sickness cover, requesting management overtime approval where needed and staff appraisals. Implement any new systems. Ensure ISO procedures are followed. Assist with new staff onboarding/training. Monitor problem jobs, ensure supervisor/lead maintain customer updates. Develop and maintain training material for best Customer Service and ensure standards on all shifts. Develop and maintain relationships with clients as well as providing them with quotes for all services we offer. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Work closely with Sales to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Your Skills and Experiences

Supervisory experience ensuring ability to enact all tasks/responsibilities listed above. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment with accuracy and within strict timescales. Understanding of the Aviation industry and delivering Time Critical shipments using all available services. Demonstrate ability to communicate information and develop individuals to improve their knowledge and skill set. Good Reasons to Join
