Customer support involved

• Processing orders are received via the website, phone, electronic transmission, fax and email.
• Answering customers’ phone calls (enquiries, orders, queries).
• Processing trade & private orders onto the sales ledger.

Customer service skills

• Customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling experience may be useful.
