Customer Service Representative

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via telephone and email. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Manage accurate records and update customer information in our systems. Support the sales and operation teams with customer-related tasks. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers. Skills Previous experience in customer service - preferably food service & hospitality. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyze information and provide solutions effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Full-time position - 8am-5pm Monday-Friday plus one Saturday a month.
