Their products are POS electronic payment devices with their own operating systems, security and encryption software and certified payment software.

What you will do: Primary Point of Contact:

You'll be the first point of contact for customer and client requests. Inbound Calls:

Answer inquiries from retailers, merchants, and shop owners related to their POS devices. Troubleshooting:

Discover and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers toward desired outcomes. Timely Issue Resolution:

Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Excellence in Interaction:

Strive for excellence in every customer interaction, promoting increased product usage and loyalty. Goal-Oriented:

Commit to meeting personal and team targets.

What you will bring: Language Skills:

Fluency in

Swedish

and very good use of

English

(both written and spoken). Customer Support Experience:

Prior work experience in a customer support role is advantageous. Communication and Problem-Solving:

Exceptional communication skills, soft skills, and a problem-solving mentality. Tech Proficiency:

Familiarity with Android OS, advanced PC skills, and a willingness to learn. Team Spirit:
