The Jaguar Land Rover Customer Service Specialist will contribute to our well-performing Chat customer service adding value to our customer. The Role We’re undergoing a technology transformation, so we need to resource up our UK CRC (Client Relationship Centre) to support the increased chat demand. You will support customers on multiple channels, including Chat and Social Media. As part of this role, the JLR Customer Service Specialist will: Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps. Record events and problems and their resolutions. Liaise with Client; work hand in hand with JLR individuals and teams. Ensure all correct processes and procedures are followed. Our ideal JLR Customer Service Specialist will have: Good problem-solving skills and communication skills. Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint etc. A keen interest in technology, keeping abreast of advances and news.
