We are looking for a

Customer Service Specialist

to be part of our After sales team, based in Hounslow BYD London Office, and will be required to travel. Your key responsibilities will be: Respond

to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat,

or in person (depending on the role). Effectively

listen to customer concerns. Research

and resolve customer issues efficiently, utilising company knowledge base

and resources. Provide

accurate and helpful information regarding our products or services. Process

customer feedback. Document

customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Escalate

complex issues to senior representatives when necessary. Proactively

identify and suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction. Always

maintain a positive and professional demeanour. Assist

your colleagues in their roles when required and possible. Liaise

with the workshop team to keep customers informed on progress Creating

job cards for the workshop and engineers Complete

daily and weekly spreadsheets. Your profile: High

school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum

1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability

to build rapport and develop positive relationships with customers. Active

listening skills and a genuine desire to help others. Strong

problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability

to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient

in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus. Experience

with a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) preferred. A

positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Has right-to-work in the UK. We Offer: Performance and experience-based competitive salary.
