Customer Service Support Advisor
will be responsible for responding to customer queries, building relationships with customers, and delivering outstanding customer service. The successful Customer Service Advisor will be used to working within a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities: Responding to customer queries Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service Estimating materials required to complete jobs Organising and sending out samples for customers Generating quotations and processing orders for new and existing customers Updating the company’s administrative online system (CRM) Enquiry follow-up via phone and email Candidate Requirements: Be motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic Be a confident and clear communicator both verbally and in writing Be a well-organised team player Be able to work under pressure Be able to build relationships with customers Be experienced working within a high-paced office environment Have a good level of Excel skills Full training will be given. Package on Offer: Basic £22k plus Bonus/Commission (OTE up to £32K) 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Pension Regular company social events 9am to 5pm – Monday to Thursday; 9am to 2.30pm on Friday Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
