Job Description Responsibilities for a Customer Service Support Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a professional and friendly approach. Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools. Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Collaborate with the team to reach team goals. Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas. Take the extra mile to engage customers and maintain a positive customer experience. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Support should have: A strong track record in customer service or support roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. The ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Competence in MS Office and customer service software.
