Client Details Our client is a distinguished leader in their industry, renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and offering top-quality products to consumers worldwide. Description Proactively assist Sector/Site Managers with daily tasks, inquiries, quotations, and order management. Ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded in the CRM system. Prepare pricing, tenders, and quotations for manufactured products, procured goods/services, and propose alternative options and pricing to compete with market offerings. Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations and update the CRM in coordination with the relevant Sector/Site Manager. Develop proficiency in product costing and pricing using the established price list. Provide support and act as a deputy for Sector/Site Managers during their absence. Delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email and live chat. Handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely manner. Working in a team to achieve shared goals and KPIs. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Communicating effectively with customers and team members. Utilising CRM systems to log customer interactions and details. Contributing to team meetings to share best practice and ideas for improvement. Maintaining knowledge of the retail industry and company products. Profile A successful Customer Service Support should have: Demonstrated experience in a similar position. Outstanding customer service abilities, driven by a passion for assisting others. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. A collaborative mindset, fostering a positive and supportive team environment. Job Offer A competitive salary of 28,000 per annum. Generous holiday allowance of 24 days plus bank holidays.
