, in the role of Customer Service Team Leader. About the Role At Nuseed, we pride ourselves on being easy to do business with, being knowledgeable, and being transparent and reliable. You will join an established team, and hands-on support and training will be provided. The Customer Service Team Leader's priority is to provide an exceptional customer experience. You will achieve this through your naturally customer-centric mindset, striving to respond effectively to customer enquiries and ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely. What will you be doing? As team leader of a small and critical team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day tasks and providing training and development. Build and maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders. Conduct regular reporting and analysis for informed decision-making. Coordinate the Canola seed portfolio, including order management, dispatch, and customer communications. Proactively monitor and manage the end-to-end canola portfolio, identifying, communicating, and resolving issues as they arise. What We're Looking For You have a customer-centric mindset with experience within a customer service leadership role. You have a high level of attention to detail and strive for excellence in your work. You are a strong communicator and use this strength to build relationships internally and externally. You appreciate and understand the power of collaboration. You have well-developed organisational and administrative skills.
