We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader on a permanent basis for a client based in Poole.

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will have previous experience of supervising a team within a phone-based environment as well as being hands-on undertaking the day-to-day customer service and order processing.

Some of your duties will include:

Leading a small team of Customer Service Advisors and providing all support needed to ensure customer service is always delivered to a high standard. Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email and ensuring orders are processed accurately and enquiries are responded to in a correct, timely manner. Liaising with various departments within the business to ensure orders are being processed, despatched and delivered on time. Taking responsibility for the escalation and follow-up of issues.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with: Previous hands-on Supervisory / Management experience in a customer service environment is essential. Able to mentor and develop a team to deliver company objectives. Excellent customer service skills. PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office packages.
