We are seeking a Customer Service Tutor to deliver a comprehensive 6-day course aimed at adult job seekers. This role is ideal for a candidate who possesses both a teaching qualification and an assessor qualification, and is passionate about empowering individuals through education.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons on customer service to adult learners.
- Prepare course materials and lesson plans that meet the educational needs of job seekers.
- Assess and evaluate learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Ensure compliance with course standards and requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification.
- Must hold an Assessor qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching adult learners, preferably in customer service or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- Commitment to professional development and maintaining high teaching standards.
