About the Customer Services Administrator job The purpose of your role will be to process all customer orders from receipt of orders through to delivery and liaising with customers regarding the process and expected delivery dates. Key tasks Process sales orders, manage pre-and post-sales documentation, and ensure customer expectations are met by liaising with relevant departments. Communicate with customers by providing quotations, updates on order progress, and addressing queries or complaints, including arranging returns and resolving logistics issues. Organise domestic and international consignments, liaise with external carriers, prepare shipping documentation, and resolve delivery issues. Manage administrative tasks such as invoice checking, maintaining filing systems, scanning documents, and preparing KPI reports. Uphold food safety, authenticity, legality, and quality standards, along with health and safety protocols. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and report any risks or non-compliance issues requiring immediate action to the manager. Handle inbound calls, provide information, process incoming mail, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service. About You Excellent numerical skills, knowledgeable and competent in the use of Microsoft Office particularly Outlook and Excel. Good attention to detail, strong organisational and planning skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and ability to handle and resolve complaints as well as building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. More details The Customer Services Administrator job (ref: 8832) is based in West London and is paying £26,000 to £28,000 according to your experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and an extra holiday day per full calendar year worked, totaling 25 days plus bank holidays. Standard pension. The site is based in West London and is commutable from Hayes, West Drayton, Slough, Ealing, Greenford, Southall, Uxbridge, Northolt, Hounslow, Feltham, Ruislip, and Harrow.
