Great Opportunity to work for a lovely client in South West London as a Customer Service Advisor

£25-33k DOE!

Wimbledon / Option to work from home one day per week

Are you a friendly and confident individual with excellent communication skills? Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position, with the working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Main Responsibilities: Handling client enquiries over the phone. Responding to email and live chat inquiries. Making appointments and bookings. Making customer care calls. Preparing training seminar rooms. Providing a warm and welcoming experience for clients. Minimum Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A warm and friendly manner. Computer literate. A smart appearance. Reliable, experienced, and a good team player.
