This is an exciting role with a company looking to grow significantly in 2025. This client operates in a highly regulated area and provides a bespoke will writing service to clients across the country. They are looking for an additional Customer Services Consultant who can follow up on pre-qualified enquiries to establish specific client needs in order to tailor wills, Trusts, and Power of Attorney products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Offering an advised legal service to clients via phone, Teams, or if required, the office Delivery of individual sales activity and performance against pre-agreed targets Operate in full compliance with all industry regulations and ensure you are compliant at all times (training will be provided)

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent consultative telephone skills Ability to sell a variety of solutions suitable to the Customer Services Consultant You will be resilient and ambitious Previous experience of working in the Financial Services or Legal sector Honesty and trustworthiness with no CCJs, IVAs, or debt management arrangements
