Work as part of a dedicated complaints team to ensure we provide appropriate resolutions for our customers. Investigate complaints and member enquiries, providing timely responses that offer full explanations and, wherever possible, resolutions. Maintain high standards of customer engagement, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism. Utilise excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must have prior experience in handling complaints. Proven track record of excellent customer engagement skills. Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience in dealing directly with customers in a professional setting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits:
