We are looking for a bright individual with an understanding of retail EPOS systems and general IT tasks to join our highly successful and well-established client in the golf industry. This is a brand-new role and a unique opportunity to grow with this new project as it expands rapidly in the next 12-24 months.
In this role you will provide first line support to members of the organisation who have purchased a new EPOS system. You will also remotely support the installation of the EPOS systems.
Salary circa £30,000, 37.5 hrs per week, plus

Answering direct calls and enquiries from members Diagnosing and rectifying issues to meet member expectations Escalate any complex problems to the software developers where necessary Assisting the implementation manager with EPOS system implementation tasks such as delivering remote training sessions and equipment setup support Remotely support new members through their POS installations Processing product amendment suggestions reported by members Professional Experience Required
