What you'll do:
Manage a range of inbound calls from customers with technical queries, billing questions or requests to upgrade their packages. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and learn how to create engaging and meaningful conversations with customers. Take the time to understand each customer's needs and recommend Sky products to enhance their viewing, online and/or mobile experience. Be a valued member of a supportive, fun, and friendly customer service team. Be available to work 39 hours per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:45am & 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am & 5:30pm.
What you'll bring: Exceptional listening skills to understand and address customer concerns effectively. A passion for solving problems with creativity and determination. The ability to empathise with customers and genuinely understand their needs. A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Where you'll work! You'll be based at our brilliant Contact Centre at Burlington Plaza in the centre of Dublin, but we operate a hybrid model which allows you the flexibility to split your time between home and the office, if preferable.
