- Deploying AI workflow solutions into enterprise banking environments.
- Working directly with customers to understand operational processes and automation opportunities.

- Acting as the bridge between engineering, product, and customer teams.
- Supporting onboarding, rollout, adoption, and optimisation initiatives.
- Helping clients maximise platform usage and long-term value.
Skills and requirements
- Experience working with AI or GenAI workflow tooling.
- Client-facing implementation or solutions experience.
- Strong problem-solving capability and technical curiosity.
- Roughly 4–8 years’ experience is preferred, although strong candidates with slightly less experience will still be considered.
