Customer Success Manager , Andover to £50,000 + bonus (Hybrid working) This is an exciting time for a Customer Success Manager to join a growing Software company and be part of their journey to increase market share of their flagship management system. You will play a key role in the team as Customer Success Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager (CEO). Responsibilities: Lead Customer Success (Professional Services) and Customer Support teams to ensure customer success with our products and services. Foster an environment where team members feel valued, productive, and engaged. Learn the core functionality of our systems and products to provide support when needed. Create internal processes to enable staff to work effectively and achieve individual goals. Proactively reach out to customers for feedback to ensure they are receiving maximum value from our offerings. Act as the voice of the customer to inform the technical product roadmap. Collaborate with the Manager of Product and Development to gather technical customer requirements through workshops, meetings, and surveys. Guide new customers through the onboarding process for a smooth and successful start. Provide tailored training and resources to help customers utilize our products effectively. Establish a structure and internal processes for the Customer Success and Customer Support teams to meet their targets. Ensure departmental KPIs are achieved. Key Skills and Attributes: An empathetic leader with excellent communication skills. Ability to create a positive and productive work environment. Experience in leading and managing customer success teams.
