£35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their business needs and objectives. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on products, services, and any changes that may impact their business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with key clients to secure long-term partnerships. Monitor account performance and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for management review. Requirements Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and data analysis. Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional service to clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
