Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in call center and customer service, as well as sales and marketing. This role is instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Salary
£30,000 - £37,000 per annum
Location
Hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office, Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our offerings to meet customer needs
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Analyze customer data to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention
Provide ongoing support and conduct regular check-ins with customers
Conduct video calls with clients
Management of 50 plus accounts
Reporting
Experience with the recruitment process of graduates
Leadership and a team player
Qualifications
Proven experience in call center and customer service roles
Strong background in sales and marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Day-to-Day
Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
Track and report on customer success metrics
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on maximizing the value of our products and services
