Your New Role The Junior Customer Success Manager will be the first line of customer engagement for Mid-tier and Key Accounts. This role involves managing a set of customer accounts across different industries, seeking opportunities to grow customer revenue and process renewals in line with Key Performance Indicators. Building strong relationships with customers is essential, ensuring the company is regarded as a trusted partner. The Junior Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact, liaising with other departments to provide consistent and timely responses. Additionally, this role supports the Sales and Business Development team in onboarding new Key Account customers while upholding company values.
What You'll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, the following are required: Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, or Stakeholder Engagement, with a track record of upselling services and/or products. Experience working with customer databases and processing orders/invoices. A medium to high level of IT skills, with knowledge of reporting methodology and CRM systems.
