This will be a remote-based role, with travel to client sites as and when required. Key Responsibilities will include: To work with clients in managing the implementation of new software applications across sporting, music, leisure and culture venues. Develop and maintain relationships with new and current clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements. Leading the Activation of our client's software solutions with new clients. Understanding the evolving needs of clients and developing plans to meet them. Managing and assisting with the in-house online Client Support Function. Working collaboratively with clients to grow their revenue and enhance customer experience. Managing onsite or online training sessions. Supporting marketing activities by attending events and shows. Candidate Profile: We are looking for an ambitious, bright, motivated self-starter who will deliver an excellent customer experience, identify revenue opportunities, deliver results and solve problems for our clients. While some relationship management experience is desirable, a hunger and ability to learn is more important. Key attributes: A desire to work in a dynamic, flexible, fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and an ability to own challenges and learn quickly. Entrepreneurial/problem-solving attitude. Client comes first mentality: attitude of getting-the-job-done to the client’s satisfaction. Good listening skills with a good ability to network. Fast learner and comfortable in a SaaS based environment. An ability to communicate effectively with all levels of a client organisation. Knowledge of Sport, the Arts, Events, Music or Visitor Attractions sectors is not essential but would be deemed an advantage. A third level qualification preferably to degree level is desirable but not essential. 2+ years experience working in a SaaS based customer facing environment. Skills required: Computer literate, comfortable with technology and efficient in office packages and software packages. Knowledge of Jira, Click up or onepageCRM would be deemed as an advantage. Clean full driving licence will be necessary. Seniority level
