Customer Success Manager - Public Safety

We have an exciting opportunity to join us if you have extensive experience in the UK Public Safety (Police, Fire, Ambulance) sector and would like to build a successful sales career in our market-leading software company. Your sector knowledge will be invaluable; we are happy to help you grow your consultative sales skills and knowledge of our software. Your key responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager will be to: Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close sales within our customer base. Maintain accurate and timely sales pipeline and forecast reporting. Ensure customer success and become their trusted GIS advisor. Know your customers to maintain their existing spend and find new ways to help their business maximize the ROI for using GIS within their organization. Identify decision makers and demonstrate our product capabilities, functionalities, and benefits. Develop account plans and customer success plans for existing customers detailing recommended short, medium, and long-term actions and goals. Identify and take ownership of customer problems/issues and work with the wider Esri UK team to resolve them. Liaise with professional services and project managers to ensure all opportunities are appropriately resourced in a timely manner to budget. This would be a great career move if you: Have a good understanding of the Police and Public Safety Sector. Ideally have an understanding of GIS technology. Have some sales or business development experience, or have the relevant sector knowledge and a desire to help our customers succeed. Are commercially minded and able to draw up compelling sales proposals that meet both our customer needs and our margins. Are a people person who can build strong and enduring business relationships. Because of the types of data and clients we work with, all positions require successful candidates to be based in the UK and willing to complete security clearances. We offer a good basic salary

starting from at least £38k (more with experience) plus a generous bonus paying up to 20% per annum.
