As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a key role in driving the success and growth of Evolution by fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve tangible value from our products and services. You’ll be a trusted partner, delivering tailored solutions through consultancy, technical expertise, and outstanding customer service. This is a strategic role within our vision to be the platform of choice for the auto finance ecosystem, where you’ll help drive adoption of cutting-edge solutions across six regions while working closely with clients to ensure their business goals are met. Key responsibilities include: Retaining and growing the customer base through strong partnerships. Delivering consultancy and data-led solutions to enhance client performance. Ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new customers. Working with cross-functional teams to drive product penetration and conversion across the dealer base. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years in a similar role such as Account Manager, Digital Sales, or Customer Success Manager within the motor finance industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of the automotive finance ecosystem, including the Evolution Group product set. Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels, including board-level stakeholders. Experience in coaching and supporting teams with a professional and calm demeanour. Ability to deliver strategic planning and manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of automotive technology platforms, digital propositions, and integrations with direct lenders and middleware providers. Experience working with media vendors, website optimization, and enhancing customer journeys. Additional Attributes: Passion for customer success with a consultative, data-driven approach. Full-time, Permanent Salary:

Up to £75,000 £75k On-Target Earnings (OTE) with an uncapped bonus structure. A car allowance is provided to support your role. Mobile phone and laptop provided to support your success. 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) that increase with length of service.
