Customer Success Manager . This hybrid role is based partly in our offices in Sheffield (three days a week) and offers the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will act as the principal contact point for our most important clients to access the products and services offered by NuBreed Hotels. Your main aim will be to work with existing customers of the company to ensure we are maximising the value of the Company’s services for them. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Leadership : Serve as the senior point of contact for larger clients, providing exceptional account management. Onboarding Excellence : Identify customer pain points and develop comprehensive plans to enhance their experiences through a detailed onboarding process. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, customer service, and legal teams to execute your customer plans effectively. Business Growth : Drive business expansion and increase traction throughout clients' three-year contract terms. Strategic Marketing : Ensure the EventBeds platform is marketed effectively by assisting in creating and following a detailed go-to-market (GTM) plan. Group Enquiries Management : Respond to group enquiries for your events, understanding their requirements and coordinating with the group booking team to meet their needs. Performance Reporting : Update clients on pre-event bookings, conduct during and post-event reviews, and perform thorough analyses. CRM Management : Maintain and update the CRM system meticulously. Event Attendance : Attend key client events, both in the UK and internationally, to build relationships and oversee successful deal execution. Networking : Engage in networking activities to build leads and strengthen industry connections. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS Experience : Minimum of 5 years' experience in Account Management or Customer Success, in a software or technology business. Commercial Acumen : Strong commercial focus with a proven track record in managing clients, driving business growth, and networking. Industry Knowledge : Experience in the hotel industry, events, and/or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) is a plus. Self-Motivation : A self-starter capable of working independently and taking initiative. Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with a major CRM system.
