Permanent/ Full time About the role: The Customer Support Administrator plays a vital role supporting the work of the department in relation to Planned Service, Installation and Responsive Repairs. This position involves managing customer inquiries, providing support, and facilitating effective communication between customers and the company. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Respond to customer enquiries and provide support via phone & email in a timely and professional manner. Monitor & manage the service inbox. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. Daily/Weekly liaison with clients on planned works. Daily/Weekly liaison with engineers - Issuing job sheets etc. Engineers job reports to be costed and communicated to customers, inclusive of follow up. Monitor and update status of repairs via CRM. Completion & submission of site induction information. Organising accommodation for engineers. Co-ordinating courier collections & site access equipment. Monitor & manage van fleet. Departmental invoicing where required. Process any incoming quotations including the purchase of parts. Any other reasonable task as required by the Customer Support Manager. About you: Experience in Administration Experience in Customer Service Strong communication skills Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage positively with customers. Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour. Ability to Multitask.
