Customer Support Administrator Filta Group Ltd Stratford-Upon-Avon Full time permanent (8.30am – 5pm) Salary up to £26,000 + Benefits We are committed to providing the highest quality environmental services to a wide range of commercial customers. Like all business owners striving for a profit, we appreciate that our customers can’t afford to have their kitchens out of action and therefore all of our services have been developed to ensure downtime is avoided at all costs. We therefore operate emergency response within a fast paced and dynamic environment. The overall objective of the Customer Support Administrator is to ensure that all completed jobs are invoiced to the customer promptly, with all required information including updating and maintaining portals (where applicable), to support prompt payment of invoices. The Customer Support Administrator is expected to demonstrate the appropriate behaviours and commitment to health and safety to maintain our first-class safety culture. What does it entail? Quality check completed jobs. Raise and submit customer invoices. Submit customer invoicing application for payments. Update all relevant internal systems. Ensure all customer portal information is cleansed, valid and kept up to date. Resolving any customer invoicing queries, and rejections. Adherence to strict deadlines and internal/external SLAs. Provide updates on portal status & SLA performance. Deal with incoming customer enquiries, whether via telephone or email. Chase suppliers and customers for relevant paperwork and purchase orders. Support a wider team with any customer-focused tasks required. What do we look for? Self-motivated Positive and inquisitive manner An aptitude for IT – knowledge of software packages like Excel and ideally financial systems Ability to work accurately on an independent basis Great attention to detail Experience of dealing with high volumes of work Positive, confident and efficient communicator Enjoys speaking to customers Good written and verbal skills Competent IT skills Proven administration experience Organised Enjoys working as part of a team
