Contract type: Permanent Customer Support Administrator – 3 posts RCN Cardiff Gate 1 x 35 hours, permanent 1 x 35 hours, fixed term until December 2025 1 x 30 hours, fixed term until December 2025 (maternity cover)

Salary range per annum: £28,998 - £32,736 pro rata*

As a Customer Support Administrator, you’ll use your enthusiasm, your positivity, and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members.

In this varied role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, as well as answer member queries via email and web chat. We'll look to you to deliver excellent customer service consistently on the various channels that members are able to contact us. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.

To join us, you’ll need an in-depth knowledge of RCN Membership and CRM. You'll be efficient, accurate and show a real customer focus in all you do.

*We offer a competitive pay structure with annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary.
