As an integral part of the UK Office team, the Customer Support Administrator will dedicate their time with the Customer Service team as well as carry out some Marketing Coordination for the Field Team and UK Clients.

The position requires an excellent telephone manner, methodical approach, conscientious mindset, and hardworking attitude. The right candidate must be reliable and flexible, as well as adaptable to a wide range of activities and responsibilities.

Experience Requirements

Positive attitude, proactive team player Experience in customer liaising within a Sales focused environment Must be a very organised and hardworking individual No previous trade marketing experience necessary, however needs to be willing to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint Familiarity with SAP or similar software management processes would be a plus Ability to take ownership of given projects Experience as a director's assistant or in an administrative role would be helpful

Customer Service and Marketing Administration

Answering inbound telephone calls & filtering inquiries to the relevant department Create new accounts on SAP and link new orders upon receipt of new credit application forms Provide support to our Field-Based Sales Agents Replying to customer correspondence by phone and email General office administration Organising digital marketing materials needed for Sales Teams and UK independent and Key accounts. Working with a local graphic designer to create materials for agents' needs, imagery for email campaigns, and promotions Organising and sharing new campaign images/videos and promotions to Sales teams, selected UK accounts, and Trade press Update seasonal campaign image assets of all marketing material and company stationery such as email footers, brand books, etc. Liaising with Brand and marketing teams based at our head office in Italy Provide support for any Ad Hoc tasks

General Duties

Processing customer returns Accepting and posting out new orders to independent customers Supporting internal team members with daily duties when required
