As a member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients. You will be passionate about helping our clients to take orders or deal with their queries. Responsibilities: Day to day working with Senior Customer Support Executive on client orders and queries Actioning inbound and outbound calls Build and maintain relationships with our customers Full training will be given on using systems and procedures to carry out daily tasks Coming in at an entry level within our business, we'll provide you with full training and development, but we need you to have some softer skills to be a success in this role: Excellent verbal and written communication skills A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team Enthusiastic, accurate and organised, and passionate about helping people An active listener with high attention to detail Willing to go above and beyond Must be a great team player!
