Having recently relocated to Bourne End, our client within the health food sector is looking for a bright individual to join the business initially as a Customer Support Executive to support general office administration duties as the organisation continues to grow in the UK. The organisation currently has multiple global offices and is well established. In this role, you will work directly with the General Manager. The role offers excellent career progression. Starting salary £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, based in the Bourne End office, with parking onsite, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Key Responsibilities Answering calls Processing customer orders Emailing customer paperwork Marketing mailshots Use of MRP system Data input Key Requirements Previous office-based experience preferential Well organised and able to prioritise tasks Keen to learn the business and develop in other areas (opportunities include Finance, Sales, Quality Control, and more) Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office software Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
