£18 ph What You Will Do In this client-facing role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include: Assisting members with queries over the phone and other contact channels Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently Providing clear, accurate information to ensure members’ questions are fully addressed Adopting a customer-focused approach, demonstrating strong listening skills and understanding client needs Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Who You Are We are looking for a candidate with a blend of administration and customer service experience. To excel in this role, you will need: Experience in administration and a strong background in customer service A client-centric approach, with excellent listening and communication skills The ability to address client needs with patience, empathy, and attention to detail Experience working in financial services is highly advantageous This role is temporary until the end of April. The working hours are 9 am - 5 pm with an hour lunch break, and the pay rate is £18 per hour + holiday pay.
