Customer Support Officer Our Central London client in the Banking sector is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join their team as soon as possible on a 12-month FTC basis with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 on offer. As a Customer Support Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate for this Customer Support Officer position will have: Experience and Education

Good literacy and numeracy skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent organizational abilities. Bachelor's Degree

in Banking and Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Customer service experience. Solid knowledge of FX, time/fixed income, and other banking instruments and procedures. Skills and Competencies
