This is a remote position. Working Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid break Job Overview: The Operations & Customer Service Support Agent is responsible for ensuring efficient operations within the company while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The agent will handle a variety of tasks including order processing, customer inquiries, and coordination with other departments to ensure seamless operations. They will be providing special support to our USA team to ensure we can facilitate business growth in this region. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.

Operations:

Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Administrative Tasks:

Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documentation. Perform data entry and maintain organized records. Support the Operations team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service processes. Participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for process enhancements. Assist in the implementation of new systems and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations support role. Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Personal Attributes: Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to handle stressful situations with composure. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Adaptable and open to learning new skills. Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
