2 days in office + 3 days working from home. Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities: Take customer support calls covering a range of issues including membership renewals. Handle technical support issues both hardware and software related. Provide and maintain outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Evaluate and troubleshoot customer returns, including device testing. Communicate with customers, coworkers, and other departments to facilitate resolution of customer issues and associated electronic workflow and paperwork that require special handling. Create labels online and send to customers. Meet/exceed goals set and required for each agent. Work on membership retention. Essential Qualities & Skills: Previous demonstrable experience in an inbound business-to-consumer call center. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills. Strong technical and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced contact center environment. A good listener who demonstrates empathy and aims to create a positive customer experience. Ability to solve problems independently, prioritizing the customer’s best interests. Receptive to coaching and feedback to enhance performance and meet goals. Passionate about learning and committed to gaining new knowledge about product and service changes. Team player with a collaborative attitude. Desirable Qualities & Skills: A passion for golf and a good understanding of the game, ideally through playing experience.
