Customer Support Specialist . This is a
part-time, term-time only
role. Working
Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm , during school term time only ( 39 weeks a year ). What You’ll Be Doing:
Communicating with customers via email and phone, providing friendly and effective support. Delivering remote demonstrations of our software, showcasing its features and benefits. Assisting customers in using our software confidently and resolving any queries. Troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating more complex problems. Managing our support site, including creating helpful support articles and how-to guides. What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in IT or customer support. Ability to troubleshoot problems, including connectivity and browser issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide customers through solutions remotely. A quick learner who can confidently master our software and explain it clearly to others. Excellent written skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience managing websites built with WordPress.
