Sales have doubled every month in 2021/22, they’re growing at speed in a hot space; green-tech energy and green-solutions. Revenues in the 8-figures, they’ve also secured Series A funding to fuel their growth further. The UK market is going to grow 30x within the next 5 years and they’ll be going global soon! Role You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from current customers and understanding what the situation is and what you can help with. This is an Entry Level role, with time it will grow more technical and you will learn more of the complex issues some customers face. Reporting directly into the Head of Support. Loads of opportunity to grow within the business (no glass ceilings!!) and move into other departments such as sales, account management, web development and more (regular promotions based on performance). You will also benefit from equity in the business. What we need from you Incredibly hard working, forward thinking individual that has a burning desire to succeed. Someone who wants to be in the tech sector. Currently working on-site 4 days a week - they are looking to move to 3/2. Have to be open to working 2 days a month on the weekend (paid time and a half).
