As the

Customer Support Team Leader , you will: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of five talented customer support professionals to deliver outstanding service. Be the go-to expert for both general customer support and aftercare services, including warranty management and technical troubleshooting. Serve as an escalation point for complex cases, ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations. Drive team performance through regular coaching, setting KPIs, and identifying areas for continuous improvement. Work closely with other departments, such as production, quality control, and sales, to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Optimize support processes and introduce innovative solutions to enhance the customer journey. Organize and deliver training sessions to ensure your team remains skilled and motivated. About You:

We're looking for a passionate

Customer Support Team Leader

with: Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position. A natural ability to motivate and develop a team, with a focus on collaboration and success. Hands-on experience in aftercare services, including handling warranties and technical support. A background in supporting

electronic or mechanical products

is highly desirable. Previous experience using SAP or a similar ERP system is a significant advantage. Familiarity with working for a manufacturer or seller of goods is a plus.
