Customer Support Technician focuses on someone who can support our products in laboratories across uk, europe and us - this role will require a week long us trip once every 2 months.

What the role involves

  • Someone who can support our products in laboratories across UK, Europe and US - this role will require a week long US trip once every 2 months.
  • Ensure that customers receive world class technical support delivered a timely manner.
  • Customer site visits for equipment fault diagnosis &repair.
  • Managing spare part inventory & request orders are placed as & when required.
  • Working with manufacturing teams when additional support or technical information is needed.
  • Testing & contribute on new products to the product development teams.

Skills and requirements

  • Customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling experience may be useful.

Candidate fit

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills & logical thinking.

Additional role context

  • Able to repair and service laboratory instruments.
  • Good organisational, planning& time management skills.
