Customer Support Technician
Customer Support Technician focuses on someone who can support our products in laboratories across uk, europe and us - this role will require a week long us trip once every 2 months.
What the role involves
- Someone who can support our products in laboratories across UK, Europe and US - this role will require a week long US trip once every 2 months.
- Ensure that customers receive world class technical support delivered a timely manner.
- Customer site visits for equipment fault diagnosis &repair.
- Managing spare part inventory & request orders are placed as & when required.
- Working with manufacturing teams when additional support or technical information is needed.
- Testing & contribute on new products to the product development teams.
Skills and requirements
- Customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling experience may be useful.
Candidate fit
- Exceptional problem-solving skills & logical thinking.
Additional role context
- Able to repair and service laboratory instruments.
- Good organisational, planning& time management skills.
