About this role Our Support Technicians look after service in the Field - this means working on-site with our diverse range of customers, from small local businesses to large FTSE 100 corporate organisations. As a Customer Support Technician, you will be working in the Field day-to-day and have direct exposure to our customers.

You will attend customer sites to help with installations where engineering support is required to set-up, install, and carry out non-complex and simple repairs. You will ensure customer's services and solutions are set up and optimised, and make recommendations on new digital product and service solutions.

About the apprenticeship you'll study for This apprenticeship will last 18 months, and you'll spend a minimum of 20% of your working hours dedicated to learning and studying. You'll also complete one study day a week. At the end of your hard work, you will gain a level 3 qualification in Information Communication.

Entry Requirements You'll need to achieve five GCSE's at grades 4-9 (a C or above), including English and Maths. Equivalent qualifications are accepted. You will also need to hold a full manual driving licence with no more than six points.

Please note, due to the nature of the work we do, some of these roles may require security clearance. All applicants will need a full UK Right to Work for the duration (18 months) of their scheme.
