Background As a member of CADS you will be part of a growing company delivering superb analysis, design and detailing products to the engineering and construction industries. Our software is used by thousands of Engineers and Scaffolders around the world to deliver billions of pounds worth of projects every year.
We are looking for a conscientious, accurate person for our technical support department to ensure the efficient and smooth running of our support desk in Broadstone, Dorset. Initially, the role will involve processing incoming emails and telephone calls and logging them into our support system. You will be a key member of the team speaking directly to customers, assessing their needs and getting the appropriate support to them. You will manage the support system ensuring customers are answered in a timely fashion.
