Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Ballyclare to recruit a new full time and permanent Customs Administrator

The candidate hired for this job will be responsible for chasing import & export shipment documents, liaising with customers and dealing with their queries via phone, web portal and email.

The successful candidate will need to have previous hands on Customs experience and must be an excellent communicator and be commercially aware with great attention to detail.

You work well as part of a team and will promote good working relationships with internal and external colleagues. You will liaise both internally & externally to ensure all customs procedures are followed, enabling the efficient movement of goods between the UK & Ireland.

Essential criteria:

Previous Customs experience essential Experience of working in busy transport office or logistics background. Administrative experience working within a fast paced, busy office environment. Experience in the use of all Microsoft packages.
